When we got the news that they were going to build a Resorts World Catskills in Monticello NY, we were excited! Finally, we can bring back Monticello to its former glory days. We thought that the new casino would be built where the old Concord Resort Hotel used to be, but it wasn’t. One day, we hoped on our Hawk250 dirt bike and drove around locally and stumbled upon the Resort World Catskill hotel being built. It’s amazing to be able to look back at pictures and see the incredible transformation.
